" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Apricot Blondies Ingredients:1 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour 1/2 teaspoon bakin' powder 1/2 teaspoon bakin' soda 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 1/4 teaspoon allspice 3/4 cup vanilla low-fat yogurt 1/3 cup honey 2 tablespoons light vegetable oil 2/3 cup finely diced dried apricots 2/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate mini-chips 1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts. Instructions: 1) Preheat the oven to 350� degrees. 2) In a large mixin' bowl, combine the flour with the bakin' powder, bakin' soda, and spices, and stir together. 3) In a separate mixin' bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, and oil. Stir 'til well blended. 4) Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir briskly 'til well blended. 5) Stir in the apricots and chocolate chips. 6) Put batter in a lightly oiled 9x9" bakin' pan and bake for approximately 30 minutes, or 'til the top is golden brown. 7) Cool 'til just warm before servin'.
