Potato Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup crushed potato chips
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350�.
2) Cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
3) Gradually add the flour and combine thoroughly.
4) Stir in the potato chips.
5) Drop the batter by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
6) Bake just 'til the edges brown. Makes 4 dozen.
