Julia Lee's yeast bread

" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Julia Lee's Yeast Bread Ingredients: 2 cups lukewarm milk 1/2 cup cornmeal 1 cake yeast 3/4 cup white sugar 1/2 cup oil 1 and 1/4 teaspoons salt 4 to 5 cups flour Instructions: 1) Before you go to bed, combine 1 cup lukewarm milk with the cornmeal and yeast. Cover and put in a warm place, but not too warm a place! 2) When you get up the next mornin', add the second cup of lukewarm milk along with the sugar, oil, salt, and flour. 3) Cover and let rise for 2 hours in a warm place. 4) Knead. 5) Divide between three greased loaf pans. 6) Cover with damp cloths and let rise again for about two hours. 7)Bake in 300� oven 30 to 45 minutes. Do not preheat your oven!
