" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Fancy Green Beans Ingredients: 2 pounds fresh green beans 1 tablespoon butter 1 teaspoon mustard seed 2 teaspoons coriander seed 1/2 cup finely chopped onion 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger 2 teaspoons salt 1/2 cup flaked coconut hot pepper sauce, if desired Instructions: 1)Clean green beans, then slice into 2" pieces and set aside. 2) In large skillet melt butter over medium heat. 3)Saut� mustard seed, coriander seed, onion and ginger for 1 minute. 4) Stir in beans and salt. 5) Stir-fry for about 5 minutes. Don't let the beans get soft! 6) Stir in coconut and hot pepper sauce to taste. 7) Cover and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, 'til beans are tender.
