This recipe only serves five.

White Chili

Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped onion
2 small cloves garlic, minced
4 cups cooked chicken, cut into cubes
3 cups chicken broth
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons dried leaf basil
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons pepper
2 cans (15 oz each) great northern beans, undrained
1 tomato, chopped
salt and additional pepper, to taste.

Instructions:
1) Melt butter in a Dutch oven over medium heat.
2) Cook onion, stirrin' constantly 'til tender.
3) Add garlic and cook for another minute.
4) Stir in chicken, broth, cilantro, basil, chili powder, pepper, and beans.
5) Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
6) Simmer, covered, for about 25 minutes, stirrin' occasionally.
7) Top with tomatoes and serve with fresh, hot cornbread.
