" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Simple Potato Soup Ingredients: 6 large white potatoes 1 large sweet potato 1 stick butter 1 tablespoon dill 4 to 6 cups milk Instructions: 1) Peel all the potatoes, cut 'em into small chunks, and cook 'em 'til they're very soft. 2) Add butter and dill, then beat 'til smooth and free of lumps. 3) Gradually add milk (more or less dependin' how thick you like your soup) and continue to blend until texture is creamy. Add salt and pepper to taste.
