David calls this, 'Cheesus Grits' and it's another one of his absolute favorite foods. For some reason, he always wants to eat it on Saturday. Every Saturday.

Cheesus Grits

Ingredients:
6 cups boilin' water
1 and 1/3 cups hominy grits
3 large eggs
3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 (16 ounce size) package processed American cheese, cut into cubes
2 teaspoons savory salt
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350�.
2) In a large kettle, bring water to a rollin' boil then add the grits.
3) Reduce the heat to low and stir while grits thicken.
4) When the grits are thick, stir in the eggs followed by butter, cheese, savory salt, and hot sauce.
5)Stir 'til the cheese is melted. Pour mixture into a 9x13" baking dish.
6) Bake for 45 minutes, then cut into squares before servin'.
