" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Acorn Squash With Molasses Ingredients: 3 medium-sized acorn squash 3/4 cup chopped pecans 1/4 cup molasses 3 tablespoons melted butter 1 tablespoon grated orange rind 1/2 teaspoon salt Instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 375�. 2) Cut squash in half length-wise and remove the seeds. 3) Place the squash [cut sides down] in a shallow bakin' dish, and pour in boiling water 1" deep. 4) Bake, uncovered, for thirty five minutes. 5) Turn the squash cut side up. 6) Combine remainin' ingredients, mix well, and spoon into squash hollows. 7) Return squash to oven and bake, uncovered, for twenty five to thirty minutes.
