" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Orange Grits Ingredients: 2 cups water 1 cup orange juice 3/4 quick grits, uncooked 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar Instructions: 1) Mix water with orange juice and bring to a boil. 2) Slowly stir in the grits, orange peel and salt. 3) Reduce heat and simmer three to four minutes, stirrin' occasionally. 4) Pour into a 1-quart servin' dish. 5) Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and let stand 'til brown sugar melts, about four minutes.
