" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Strawberry Bread Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon bakin' soda 1 teaspoon salt 1 and 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 2 cups granulated sugar 4 eggs 1 cup vegetable oil 2 cups fresh strawberries or 16 ounces frozen strawberries, thawed 1 and 1/4 cups chopped walnuts Ingredients: 1) Preheat oven to 350�. 2) In large bowl, combine flour, bakin' soda, salt, cinnamon, and granulated sugar. 3) Add eggs and vegetable oil and mix well. 4) Mash strawberries. 5) Stir in strawberries and nuts 'til evenly distributed. 6) Grease and flour two 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pans. 7) Divide batter between pans and bake for one hour. 8) Cool in pans for ten minutes before turnin' loaves out on a wire rack. 9) Cool completely before slicin'.
