Peanut Soup

Ingredients:
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 stick butter
3 tablespoons flour
2 quarts chicken broth, heated
2 cups peanut butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1 cup ground peanuts

1) In a large saucepan, saut� the celery and onion in the butter
for five minutes.
2) Add the flour, stirrin' 'til blended.
3) Stir in the hot chicken broth.
4) Simmer for thirty minutes, stirrin' occasionally.
4) Remove from heat and strain.
5) Return the liquid to the saucepan and stir in the peanut butter,
lemon juice, salt, and celery salt.
6) Cook just 'til heated through, stirrin' frequently.
7) Sprinkle each servin' with ground peanuts.
