" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Rachel's Chicken Stew Ingredients: 1 lb red potatoes, cleaned and cut into 1/2" cubes 1 [14-1/2 ounce] can whole tomatoes, with juice 1 cup chopped onions 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup frozen Lima beans 1 cup frozen corn 1 lb skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut in big chunks 1 tablespoon molasses 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Instructions: 1) Simmer the potatoes, tomatoes, and onions in the broth 'til the potatoes start to soften --- five to ten minutes. 2) Add the lima beans, corn and chicken, and cook 'til the chicken turns white all the way through. 3) Add the remainin' ingredients and simmer for one hour.
