" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Blue Cheese Potatoes Ingredients: 4 medium-sized potatoes, peeled and very thinly sliced 1 medium-sized onion, peeled and very thinly sliced 1/4 cup butter melted salt and pepper, to taste 1 cup half-and-half 1/2 cup blue cheese Instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 375�. 2) In a 9" square bakin' dish, combine potatoes, onion, butter, salt and pepper. Mix well and then spread to make an even layer. 3) Pour half-and-half over the top. 4) Cover and bake for thirty minutes. 5) Remove from oven and sprinkle with blue cheese. 6) Return to oven and bake, uncovered, for another ten to fifteen minutes.
