" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Baked Donuts Ingredients: 1 cup white sugar 2 teaspoons bakin' powder 1 teaspoon bakin' soda 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup buttermilk 3 eggs 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 cup butter, melted Instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 400�. Lightly grease a bakin' sheet, or donut bakin' pan. 2) Combine sugar, bakin' powder, bakin' soda, nutmeg, cloves, cinnamon, and flour. 3) In a separte bowl, combine buttermilk, eggs, honey and butter. 4) Combine the wet and dry ingredients. 5) Spoon the mixture onto the prepared pan or cookie sheet in donut shapes. 6) Bake twelve minutes, or 'til golden brown.
