Julia's Cheeseburger Grits Ingredients: 4 cups cooked quick grits 1 lb hamburger 1 large onion, diced 2 cups shredded cheddar 2 tablespoons butter 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper salt and black pepper, to taste Instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 350�. 1) In a large skillet, brown hamburger or sausage and onions, then drain well. 2) Combine all ingredients and place in a casserole dish. 3) Bake 'til heated through and cheese is completely melted. Keep an eye on it! 4) Serve with hot sauce.
