Julia's Cheeseburger Grits
Ingredients:
4 cups cooked quick grits
1 lb hamburger
1 large onion, diced
2 cups shredded cheddar
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350�.
1) In a large skillet, brown hamburger or sausage and onions,
then drain well.
2) Combine all ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
3) Bake 'til heated through and cheese is completely melted.
Keep an eye on it!
4) Serve with hot sauce.
and the best of intentions for whoever wants to try 'em,
but if somethin' goes wrong, don't blame the varmint.*
