" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________7 Up Pound Cake Ingredients: 3 sticks butter 3 cups sugar 3 cups cake flour 5 eggs 2 tablespoons vanilla extract 3/4 cup 7 Up [room temperature] Instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 325�. 2) Cream together butter and sugar. 3) Add eggs, one a time, beatin' after each addition. 4) Add vanilla extract. 5) Fold in flour, alternatin' with 7 Up. 6) Pour into a greased and floured tube pan and bake for one hour, or 'til cake tests done.
