Pretzel Salad Ingredients: 1 [six ounce size] box strawberry Jell-o 2 cups boilin' water 1/2 cup cold water2 [ten ounce size] packages frozen strawberries, partially thawed 1 and 1/2 sticks margarine, softened 3 tablespoons sugar 2 cups pretzels, coarsely crushed 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar 8 ounces whipped toppin' Instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 350�. 2) In a large mixin' bowl, dissolve the Jell-o in boilin' water. 3) Stir in the cold water. 4) Stir in the strawberries, undrained. 5) Let Jell-o mixture stand 'til cool. Don't chill! 6) Cream together the margarine and the sugar. 7) Stir in the crushed pretzels. 8) Press the pretzel mixture over the bottom of a 9x13" bakin' pan and bake for ten minutes. 9) Let stand 'til cool. 10) Beat the cream cheese with the confectioners' sugar 'til blended. 11) Fold in the whipped toppin'. 12) Spread the cream cheese mixture over the baked layer. 12)Chill 'til set. 13) Spread with the Jello-o mixture. 14) Chill uncovered for eight to twelve hours.
