Cold Bean Salad
Ingredients:
2 cups green beans, steamed
2 cups red kidney beans, cooked
2 cucumbers, sliced
2 tablespoons oil
6 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons honey
oregano and garlic salt to taste
Instructions:
1) Combine green beans, kidney beans, and cucumbers
in a servin' dish.
2) Combine remainin' ingredients in a separate bowl and blend well.
3) Cover bean mixture with vinegar marinade and chill 'til servin'.
This salad is best if fixed the night before.
and the best of intentions for whoever wants to try 'em,
but if somethin' goes wrong, don't blame the varmint.*
