" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Peachy Chicken Ingredients: 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves 1 cup brown sugar 4 peaches; peeled, pitted and sliced 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice Instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 350�. 2) Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 9x13" bakin' dish and sprinkle with 1/2 cup of brown sugar. 3) Arrange peach slices over chicken, then sprinkle with remainin' 1/2 cup brown sugar, ginger, cloves and lemon juice. 4) Bake for approximately thirty minutes, or 'til chicken is thoroughly cooked and juices run clear. Use juices to baste while cookin'. 5) Serve with rice.
