" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Okra And Tomatoes Ingredients: 2 tablespoons butter 1 large onion 1 pound small okra pods, caps trimmed 2 tablespoons water 2 firm tomatoes, cut in wedges 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper Instructions: 1) Heat butter in a large skillet and saut� the onion and the okra. 2) Cook for about five minutes, then stir in 2 tablespoons water. 3) Add tomatoes, sugar, salt, and pepper. 4) Stir and cover, then cook over low heat 'til tomatoes are heated through. 5) Serve over rice.
