" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Libby's Cole Slaw Ingredients: 1 and 1/2 cups white vinegar 4 tablespoons vegetable oil 1 small onion, minced 1/2 cup white sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon celery seed 1 teaspoon dry mustard 1 large green bell pepper, shredded 1 large carrot, shredded 1 large head cabbage, shredded Instructions: 1) Thoroughly combine vinegar, oil, onion, sugar, salt, pepper, celery seed, and dry mustard. 2) Stir in the green pepper. 3) Stir in the carrot. 4) Stir in the cabbage. 4) Best when chilled [covered] at least four hours prior to servin'.
