Spinach 'N Apple Salad
Ingredients:
1 bag fresh spinach
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons purple onion, grated
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup chopped apple
Instructions:
1) Wash and dry spinach.
2) Thoroughly combine sugar, vinegar, onion, dry mustard, salt,
oil, and apples. Chill.
3) Pour dressin' on spinach and serve.

but if somethin' goes wrong, don't blame the varmint.*
