Busy Day Tomato Pie

Ingredients:
2 cups Bisquick
3/4 cup whole milk
4 medium tomatoes, cut to 1/4" slices
1 green bell pepper, sliced
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried chives
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 and 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Instructions:
!) Preheat the oven to 400�.
1) Thoroughly combine the Bisquick and milk.
1) Press dough into the bottom and up the sides of a greased
9" pie plate.
2) Alternate layers of the tomatoes and green pepper in the crust, sprinklin' each layer with the herbs.
3) Combine the cheese and mayonnaise and spread over the top
of the vegetable layers.
4) Bake for about thirty minutes, or 'til the crust and the toppin'
are golden brown.
5) Let stand for ten minutes prior to servin'.
