" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Win's White Chili Ingredients: 1 pound lean ground pork 1 medium onion, diced 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon white pepper 2 teaspoons chili powder 1 [16 ounce] can white beans, drained 1 [14 ounce] can corn, drained 1 [14 and 1/2 ounce] can chicken broth 1 [4 ounce] can diced green chilies Instructions: 1) In large saucepan, brown the pork with onion 2) Stir in cumin, white pepper, and chili powder. 3) Stir in beans, corn, broth, and chilies. 4) Bring to a full boil, cover and reduce heat. 5) Simmer for about twenty-five minutes.
