Chocchini Cake

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup cookin' oil
1 and 3/4 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup buttermilk [or sour milk]
4 tablespoons bakin' cocoa
1/2 teaspoon bakin' powder
1 teaspoon bakin' soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon cloves
2 and 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups zucchini, diced fine, but not grated or shredded
1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 325�. Grease and flour a 9x13" pan.
2) Cream together the butter, oil, and sugar.
3) Add the eggs, vanilla extract, and buttermilk,
beatin' well after each addition.
4) Beat in the dry ingredients.
5) Stir in the zucchini.
6) Pour batter into the prepared pan.
7) Sprinkle 1/2 cup chocolate chips over top.
8) Bake for forty to forty-five minutes.
