" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Speedy, Spicy Potato Salad Ingredients: 4 medium-sized potatoes, cut into 3/4" cubes 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 and 1/2 tablespoons lime juice 1 and 1/2 tablespoons bottled jalape�o sauce 1 and 1/2 teaspoons chili powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 can [15 ounce size] black beans, rinsed and drained 1 can [7 ounce size] vacuum packed whole kernel corn, drained 1 cup tomatoes diced 1/2 cup green onions, sliced Ingredients: 1) In large saucepan, cook the potatoes, covered, in 2 inches of boilin' water for ten to twelve minutes, or 'til just tender. 2) Drain potatoes and set aside to cool. 3) In a large bowl, whisk together vegetable oil, lime juice, jalape�o sauce, chili powder and salt. 4) Add the cooled potatoes [completely cooled!] and all remainin' ingredients. Toss gently 'til thoroughly combined
