Unlikely Pork 'N Beans

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 and 1/2 cups small broccoli florets
1/2 pound pork cutlets, cut into 1/2" pieces
3 cups cooked rice
1 [15 ounce size] can red beans, rinsed and well drained
3 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions:
1) Melt butter in large, Teflon-coated skillet 'til sizzlin',
then add minced garlic.
2) Cook over medium heat for one minute.
3) Add broccoli and pork pieces.
4) Continue cookin' over medium heat, stirrin' occasionally,
'til pork is tender and cooked through [and no longer pink].
5) Stir in rice and beans.
6) Continue cookin', stirrin' occasionally, 'til heated through.
7) Stir in soy sauce and serve.

Note: this is can also be prepared minus the pork.
