Chocolate Peanut Butter Cake

Ingredients:
3/4 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup creamy style peanut butter
2 cups brown sugar, packed
3 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon bakin' powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup creamy style peanut butter
1/2 cup water
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350�. Grease and flour two 9" cake pans.
2) Cream together 3/4 cup butter and 3/4 cup peanut butter
'til light and fluffy.
3) Blend in brown sugar.
4) Add eggs, one at a time, beatin' well after each addition.
4) In a separate bowl, combine flour, bakin' powder and salt.
5) Add flour mixture to butter and peanut butter mixture alternately
with milk, beginnin' and endin' with flour mixture.
6) Add vanilla extract.
7) Pour batter into the prepared pans and bake for about
forty-five minutes, or 'til the cake tests done.
8) Cool on a wire rack.
9) Make peanut butter fillin' by creamin' together 1 cup softened
cream cheese and 1 cup creamy style peanut butter.
10) Spread half the fillin' on top of one layer, put the second layer on top of the fillin', then spread the other half of the fillin' on top of second layer.
10) Chill the cake for an hour or two.
11) Put 1/2 cup water and 4 tablespoons butter in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
12) Add 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 1 cup confectioners' sugar and
1 teaspoon vanilla extract, mixin' 'til smooth and spreadable.
13) While the glaze is still warm, spread it over the cake with
a metal spatula dipped in hot water.
