" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Quick 'N Creamy White Chili Ingredients: 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and cut in cubes 1 medium onion, chopped 2 cloves of garlic, minced 1 tablespoon vegetable oil [approximately] 2 [15 ounce size] cans great northern beans, drained and rinsed 1 [14 and 1/2 ounce size] can chicken broth 2 [4 ounce size] cans chopped green chilies 1 teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves 3/4 teaspoon black pepper 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 cup sour cream 1/2 cup whippin' cream Ingredients: 1) Saut� chicken, onion and minced garlic in vegetable oil in a large saucepan 'til the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink. 2) Add beans, broth, chilies, salt, cumin, cloves, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. 3) Bring to a full boil, then reduce heat. 4) Simmer uncovered for thirty minutes. Remove from heat. 5) Immediately stir in the sour cream and whippin' cream, then serve.
