" __Julia Child "Cooking is a creation." __Piero Selvaggio "'Tis an ill cook that cannot lick his own fingers." __William Shakespeare ______________________________________Lightnin' Delight Bars Ingredients: 1 stick butter or margarine, melted 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1 [12 ounce size] package chocolate chips 1 [12 ounce size package] butterscotch chips 1 and 1/3 cups coconut*, shredded 1 cup pecans**, chopped 1 [14 ounce size] can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk Instructions: 1) Melt butter in a 9x13" bakin' dish in a warm oven. Increase oven temperature to 350� after removin' the dish. 2) Evenly sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the bottom of the dish. 3) Then evenly sprinkle with the chocolate chips, followed by the butterscotch chips, the coconut, and the chopped pecans. 4) Don't mix! 5) Drizzle condensed milk over all. Bake for thirty minutes. 6) Cool for 10 minutes, then cut into squares while still warm. *In a pinch you can substitute 1 cup dry oatmeal for coconut. **Or walnuts.
