Lazy Deviled Chicken

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter
1 cup dry bread crumbs
1 teaspoon white sugar
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup prepared mustard
3 pounds chicken parts with the skin removed

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 400�.
2) Melt the butter in a 12x8" bakin' dish and set aside.
3) Mix together bread crumbs, sugar, paprika, and onion powder
in a small bowl.
4) Combine egg and prepared mustard.
5) Brush the egg and mustard mixture evenly over the chicken parts.
6) Coat the chicken parts in the bread crumb mixture and put 'em in
the bakin' dish.
7) Bake for twenty-five minutes, then turn the chicken.
8) Bake for an additional twenty minutes.
