Quick Chicken Cobbler

Ingredients for fillin':
2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
1/2 cup onions, chopped
1 [10 ounce size] package frozen spinach
--- thawed, drained,and chopped
1 [2 ounce size] jar pimientos, drained and chopped
1 cup sour cream
1 egg, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic, minced

Ingredients for toppin':
1 and 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons bakin' powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup buttermilk

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9" bakin' dish.
2) In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all the ingredients for the fillin'. Adjust the seasonin's to taste.
3) In a separate bowl, combine the toppin' ingredients
to form biscuit dough.
4) Drop the dough by spoons full on top of the fillin' and bake for
thirty to forty minutes, or 'til the biscuits are golden brown
