It should be entered into with abandon or not at all." __Harriet Van Horne ______________________________________Not Meatloaf Ingredients: 1 cup brown rice, cooked 1 cup wheat germ 1 cup instant oats or oat bran (uncooked) 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped exceedingly fine 1 cup mushrooms, minced fine 1 medium-sized onion, minced fine 1/2 green bell pepper, minced fine 1 medium-sized carrot, shredded fine 1 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon marjoram 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced fine 2 tablespoons soy sauce 2 tablespoons prepared mustard ketchup Instructions: 1) Preheat oven to 350�. Grease a 4x8" loaf pan. 2) In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all the ingredients. Really work 'em together good. 3) Pack into prepared loaf pan and bake for about one hour, 'til lightly browned. 4) About forty minutes along, cover the top of the loaf with ketchup. 5) Continue bakin' for the final twenty minutes, then let stand for ten minutes prior to slicin'.
