It should be entered into with abandon or not at all." __Harriet Van Horne ______________________________________Nutghetti Ingredients: 1 pound long spaghetti 2 tablespoons butter 1 [8 ounce size] package of cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup whole milk 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt salt and pepper to taste 2 teaspoons butter 1 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped fresh tomatoes fresh parsley Instructions: 1) Cook the spaghettin' accordin' to package directions, then drain and set aside. 2) Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan. 3) Blend in cream cheese, milk, and Parmesan cheese 'til smooth. 4) Add garlic salt, salt, and pepper. 5) Melt 2 teaspoons butter in a small skillet. 6) Add nuts and saute for several minutes, stirrin' constantly 'til the nuts are slightly browned. 7) Combine spaghetti and sauce. 8) Serve on a platter garnished with tomato wedges and fresh parsley.
