Sour Cream Roughy

Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 pounds orange roughy filets
1 [8 ounce size] container sour cream
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350�. Lightly grease a 9x13" pan.
2) Arrange the roughy filets in a single layer in prepared pan.
3) Stir together the sour cream, Parmesan, paprika, salt, pepper.
4) Spread sour cream mixture evenly over fillets.
5) Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and drizzle with butter.
6) Bake for twenty to twenty-five minutes or 'til fish is flakey.
