Chilled and Thrillin' Chocolate Pie

Ingredients:
1 prepared chocolate crumb crust
1 cup regular-sized semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon hot water
3/4 cup sour creme
1/2 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cups heavy whippin' creme
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup bakin' cocoa
2 tablespoons miniature semi-sweet chocolate morsels

Instructions:
1) Melt the 1 cup of chocolate morsels in a small, heavy sauce pan
over very low heat.
2) Once the chocolate begins to melt, remove from heat and stir.
3) Return to heat for a few seconds at a time, stirrin' 'til smooth ---
then remove from heat and cool for about ten minutes.
4) In a medium sized bowl, combine the coffee granules and hot water.
5) Add the sour creme, white sugar, and vanilla extract ---
keep on stirrin' 'til the sugar dissolves.
6) Stir in the melted chocolate 'til smooth.
7) Spread mixture into prepared crust and refrigerate.
8) In a small bowl, vigorously beat the whippin' cream,
confectioners' sugar, and bakin' cocoa 'til stiff peaks form.
9) Spread confectioners' sugar mixture over the chocolate layer.
10) Sprinkle miniature chocolate morsels on top of the pie.
11) Freeze for 6 to 8 hours, or 'til firm.
