Blue Ribbon Baked Chicken

Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter
6 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
1 pint sour creme
1 package [8 ounce sized] blue cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 small cloves garlic, crushed

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350�.
2) Grease a 9 by 13 inch bakin' dish.
3) Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium high heat.
4) Thoroughly brown the chicken --- about four minutes on each side.
5) Arrange the chicken breasts in the casserole dish.
6) In a small bowl, combine the sour creme, crumbled blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and crushed garlic.
7) Spoon sauce mixture over the chicken breasts.
8) Bake, uncovered, 'til chicken is thoroughly cooked ---
45 to 50 minutes.
9) Serve over white rice.
