Yogurt 'N Honey Quick Bread

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter, melted
6 tablespoons honey
1 cup plain lowfat yogurt
1 egg, warmed to room temperature
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoons bakin' soda
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 375�.
2) Lightly grease a 9 by 5 inch loaf pan.
3) In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and honey.
4) Whisk in the yogurt, egg and orange juice.
5) In a separate bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour,
whole wheat flour, bakin' soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.
6) Fold the dry ingredients into the yogurt mixture, stirrin' just 'til blended.
7) Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
8) Bake about 50 minutes, or 'til top of loaf springs back when touched and a toothpick inserted into centre of the loaf comes out clean.
