It should be entered into with abandon or not at all." __Harriet Van Horne ______________________________________Extremely Simple Pink Lemonade Pie Ingredients: 1 quart vanilla ice cream, softened 1/2 of a 12 ounce size can of frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed 1 container [4 ounce size] frozen whipped toppin', thawed red food colourin' 9 inch graham cracker crust*** Instructions: 1) Make a 9 inch graham cracker crust and let it cool compleletely. [See ingredients and instructions below.] 2) Combine the ice cream, lemonade concentrate, whipped toppin', and two to three drops food colourin' in a mixin' bowl. 3) Turn the ice cream mixture into a cooled graham cracker crust. 4) Freeze pie 'til firm, about four hours. 5) Let pie sit at room temperature for a few minutes prior to servin'. ***Ingredients for graham cracker crust: 6 tablespoons butter 24 graham crackers 1/4 cup white sugar Instructions for graham cracker crust: 1) Preheat oven to 350�. 2) Melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a small saucepan. 3) Put about two dozen graham crackers in a plastic bag, then roll over the bag with a rollin' pin 'til the crackers are crushed fine. 4) Put 1 and 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs in a medium sized bowl. 5) Add 1/4 cup of sugar and the 6 tablespoons melted butter. 6) Blend together with your hands, then press into a 9 inch pie plate. 7) Bake for eight to ten minutes.
