It should be entered into with abandon or not at all." __Harriet Van Horne ______________________________________Meat-free Quaker Sausage Ingredients: 2 cups oatmeal --- not quick the cookin' kind! 2 eggs 1/4 cup whole milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1 tablespoon poultry seasonin' 2 tablespoons canola oil Instructions: 1) Thoroughly combine all the ingredients. 2) Grease your hands and divide the mixture into relatively thin patties. 3) Fry the patties in a< moderate amount of oil, turnin' once, 'til both sides are crispy and brown. Drain on papertowels.
