I usually don't like to use a microwave oven, but my friend Rachel does and she's the one who gave me this recipe.

Oreo O Sundae Pie

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 and 1/3 cups miniature marshmellows
3 cups Post Oreo O's� cereal
1 quart ice cream, softened ---
you can use any flavor, but chocolate chip or mint chocolate chip
are particularly good choices

Instructions:
1) Microwave the butter in large bowl on 'High' for thirty seconds.
2) Add marshmallows and stir to coat.
3) Microwave on 'High' for thirty seconds, then stir.
4) Microwave on 'High' for another thirty seconds,
or 'til the marshmallows are smooth when stirred.
5) Add cereal, stirrin' gently 'til well coated.
6) Lightly grease your hands, the press the cereal mixture evenly
into a lightly greased 9" pie plate.
7) Fill the crust with ice cream and cover.
8) Freeze for approximately three hours or 'til firm.
9) Let the pie set at room temperature for about ten minutes
before cuttin' into slices.
10) Garnish each slice with a dollop of whipped cream
and a few extra pieces of cereal.
11) Store leftover pie, if there is any, in the freezer.
