Bean Bread

Ingredients:
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup boilin' water
2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups white sugar
16 oz can Pork 'n Beans [or Vegetarian Baked Beans]
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon bakin' powder
1 tsp bakin' soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped walnuts

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 325�.
2) Pour boilin' water over the raisins and set aside to cool.
3) Beat eggs, oil, sugar and Beans 'til smooth.
4) Stir together the flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, bakin' powder,
and bakin' soda.
5) Add the flour mixture to the bean mixture and combine.
6) Add the vanilla and walnuts.
7)Add the raisin mixture.
8) Pour the batter into two greased loaf pans and bake
for fifty to sixty minutes, or 'til loaves test done.
9) Cool before slicin'.
