Fudge Sundae Cake

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons bakin' cocoa
2 teaspoons bakin' powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1/4 cup bakin' cocoa
1 and 3/4 cups very hot water
ice cream

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven to 350�.
2) Mix flour, white sugar, 2 tablespoons cocoa, bakin' powder,
and salt in ungreased 9x9" inch pan.
3) Blend in milk, oil and vanilla extract with a fork, stirrin' 'til smooth.
4) Stir in the nuts.
5) Spread batter in pan.
6) Sprinkle brown sugar and 1/4 cup cocoa over batter.
7) Pour hot water over batter.
8) Bake for forty minutes or 'til the top is dry.
9) Spoon individual portions of warm cake into dessert dishes.
10) Top each servin' with ice cream, then spoon sauce from pan
over the top of each one.
