Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake

Ingredients for cake:
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup warm water
3 heapin' tablespoons cocoa
1 cup white sugar
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons bakin' soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions for cake:
1) Preheat oven to 350�.
2) In a large mixin' bowl, combine flour, cocoa, bakin' soda, and sugar.
2) Gradually beat in the mayonnaise, warm water and vanilla 'til thoroughly blended.
3) Pour batter into greased loaf pan.
4) Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or 'til a toothpick inserted in centre
comes out clean.
5) Cool on wire rack before frostin'.

Ingredients for frostin':
1/4 cup butter
1 and 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 and 1/2 tablespoons cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions for frostin':
1) Beat butter 'til smooth.
2) Add remainin' ingredients and continue beatin' 'til creamy.
