quick corn salad

It should be entered into with abandon or not at all." __Harriet Van Horne ______________________________________Quick Corn Salad Ingredients: 3 cups cooked corn kernels 3/4 cup cucumbers, diced 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped 2 small tomatoes, chopped 1/4 cup sour cream 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon white vinegar 3/4 teaspoon ***seasoned salt Instructions: 1) Combine the corn, cucumbers, onions and tomatoes in salad bowl. 2) In a separate bowl, blend the sour cream with the mayonnaise, then add the vinegar and the seasoned salt. 3) Add sour cream mixture to corn mixture and toss gently to coat. 4) Chill throroughly before servin'. You can make your own seasoned salt as follows: ***Seasoned Salt Ingredients: 1 cup salt 2 teaspoons white sugar 2 teaspoons dry mustard 1 and 1/2 teaspoons dried whole oregano 1 and 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon curry powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds 1/4 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspon ground thyme 1/8 teaspoon ground turmeric Instructions: 1) Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake to blend. 2) Store airtight. Yield: 1 and 1/3 cups
